Piper Way Senior Housing is a 60-unit affordable senior housing community located in Redding, California, built for Christian Church Homes (CCH).
The complex consists of a single residential building featuring one three-story wing and one two-story wing, providing 59 one-bedroom apartments and one two-bedroom apartment.
Designed to support independent living for seniors, the 60-unit community includes nine homes prioritized for households with one or more members with developmental disabilities and six homes designated for formerly homeless seniors. Construction began in Summer 2023 and was completed in Late 2024, delivering quality affordable housing that promotes stability, accessibility, and community connection.
