Polo Village Apartments is a 49-unit affordable housing community located in Buellton, California, built for Palm Communities and Surf Development Company.
Completed in 2025, the development consists of two three-story residential buildings, a two-story community building with an on-site manager's unit, and a maintenance building. The community offers a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with amenities including a community room, computer lab, supportive services offices, tot lot, multi-sport court, and outdoor gathering spaces. Developed by HASBARCO, Polo Village expands access to high-quality, affordable housing while fostering a safe, supportive, and connected environment for working families. Sunseri Construction served as the general contractor for the project.
