Our team manages your project from conceptual planning through occupancy. Our interaction with your consultants early in the planning process helps control project cost, schedule, and quality.
During construction, we provide a project team with job tenure assigned to your project only. This team takes ownership in the success of their job and is empowered to make decisions for the Company in their daily work.
We promote a collaborative approach to value engineering that respects the Architect's and Owner's commitment to excellence in design while offering alternative approaches to systems, material, and construction methods. Sunseri's track record in value engineering savings is outstanding, and in many instances has far exceeded our construction service fees.
We have an uncompromising commitment to quality. As your general contractor, it is our responsibility to insure that the utmost quality of work is performed by each subcontractor or crew member onsite.
We are current with the ever changing regulatory environment. Our site teams are OSHA 30/10 Hour Safety trained and all sites have up to date code books. We have two LEED AP’s on staff and all PM’s are trained in Storm Water Protection Measures. We employ a waterproofing consultant to monitor Sunseri projects and advise the project team on potential problems.
We assemble a bidder’s questionnaire during the bid process that clarifies responsibility for many gray areas that so often become change orders during construction. This questionnaire has enabled Sunseri to maintain total project change orders of 3% or less.
