Wong Center is a 150-unit affordable senior housing community located within Sacramento's historic Railyards district.
Developed for Mutual Housing California, the four-story mixed-use complex provides quality housing for residents aged 55 and older while contributing to the ongoing revitalization of one of the region's most significant urban redevelopment areas.
Constructed between June 2022 and Summer 2024, the project involved the ground-up construction of a multi-story residential building designed to integrate housing, community spaces, and neighborhood-serving uses within a walkable downtown environment. The development reflects a collaborative effort between the owner, design team, and construction partners to deliver a thoughtfully planned community that supports independent senior living and long-term neighborhood growth.
