Cornerstone is a 108-unit affordable housing community in Sacramento, California, constructed for Mutual Housing California.
The project consists of twelve three-story apartment buildings and a community center designed to provide high-quality, affordable housing for local families.
Construction included extensive onsite and offsite infrastructure improvements, including utility installation and roadway enhancements associated with a new county roadway serving the development and the surrounding area. Beginning in February 2022 and completed in Fall 2023, Cornerstone represents a significant investment in housing accessibility, community connectivity, and long-term neighborhood growth for the Sacramento area.
