Bar Triangle is a 70-unit affordable housing community built for Affordable Housing Development Corporation in Chico, California.

Completed in 2025, the three-story complex consists of six buildings and provides high-quality housing opportunities for local residents. The community features a clubhouse, BBQ area, and tot lot designed to encourage connection and outdoor recreation. Construction began in 2024, with Sunseri Construction serving as the general contractor throughout the project. The development reflects a commitment to expanding affordable housing while creating a welcoming and vibrant residential community.
