Completed in 2025, the three-story complex consists of six buildings and provides high-quality housing opportunities for local residents. The community features a clubhouse, BBQ area, and tot lot designed to encourage connection and outdoor recreation. Construction began in 2024, with Sunseri Construction serving as the general contractor throughout the project.
