Sunrise Cottages Senior Housing - Anderson, CA

Bids Due: Tuesday, December 23rd by 4:00 P.M. 

"Sunrise Cottages Senior Housing" in Anderson, CA.  The project consists of eleven (11 ea.) total buildings comprised of two (8 ea.) single-story apartment buildings, one (1 ea.) 2-story apartment building, one (1 ea.) single-story community building, and one (1 ea.) small storage building.   The project consists primarily of one-bedroom units with one 3-bed manager's unit (Building B1), 45 total units.  The project is slated to start in the Spring of 2026 and be completed by mid-2027.

We are soliciting bids from all subcontractors and suppliers, including Section 3 Qualified, Minority-Owned, and Women-Owned businesses.

Project is subject to BOTH State Prevailing Wages & Federal Davis-Bacon Prevailing wages.  In all cases, State Prevailing Wages are higher than Federal (Please use the higher wage). 

Residential State Prevailing Wages are available and should be used for Carpenters, Electricians, Fire Sprinkler Fitters, Tile Finishers, and Tile Setters only.  All other trades must default to the State commercial rate determinations.
