Bids Due: Thursday, august 7th by 4:00 P.M. 

"Hollister Lofts Affordable Housing" in Goleta, CA consists of a single (1ea.) three-story apartment building consisting of (29 ea.) Studio apartment units, (5 ea.) 1-bedroom units, and (1 ea.) 2-bedroom manager's unit, 36 total units.  The project is slated to Start in Late Summer/Fall 2025 and complete Early 2027.

We are soliciting bids from all subcontractors and suppliers, including those that are qualified Section 3 businesses, Minority-Owned, and Women-Owned businesses.

Please Note:  This project is subject to State Prevailing Wages (DIR) & Federal Davis-Bacon Prevailing wages and is subject to all regulations, compliance, and reporting for Section 3, Equal Employment Opportunity and Minority and Women-Owned Businesses.

Please review the Prevailing Wage Determinations and Labor Compliance provisions that are included in the bid documents for further details.  You must use the higher of the two wages (State vs. Federal)

The following are already engaged with the Owner and therefore, we will NOT be soliciting bids from outside vendors:
