Cypress Senior Apartments - Paradise, CA

Bids Due: Thursday, OCTOBER 23rd by 4:00 P.M. 

"Cypress Senior Apartments" in Paradise, CA. The project consists of four (4 ea.) total buildings comprised of two (2 ea.) two-story apartment buildings and two (2 ea.) single-story buildings.   The project consists primarily of one-bedroom units with one 2-bed manager's unit, 70 total units.  The project is slated to start in Spring of 2026 and be completed by late 2027.

We are soliciting bids from all subcontractors and suppliers, including those that are qualified Section 3 businesses, Minority-Owned, and Woman-Owned businesses.

Please Note: for Federal Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wages in Butter County, many wages listed are below CA minimum wage.  You will need to pay at minimum $17.75 if your trade/classification is not listed or is listed below $17.75 on the wage determination. Note: your rates should also bear a reasonable resemblance to normal market rates for your trade in Butte County.

Please review the Prevailing Wage Determination and Labor Compliance provisions that are included in the bid documents for further details.

The following are already engaged with the Owner and therefore, we will NOT be soliciting bids from outside vendors:

• Fire Sprinkler

• Fire Alarm

• Solar PV

• Trusses

• Rockery Walls

The site is available to visit at your own discretion. Please do not disturb the existing residents (Cypress Family Apartments project was recently completed at the same site)

The Bid Date and Time is Thursday, October 23rd, by 4:00 P.M.  It is preferred that your proposal be emailed, but it can also be faxed, mailed, or phoned in to our office prior to the bid time.  Please email your proposals to bids@sunsericonstruction.com
