"The Woodlands, Phase II" in Redding, CA is new construction of a 2-story, 20-unit apartment complex slated to start this Summer, 2019 and complete next Summer 2020.
We are soliciting bids from all subcontractors and suppliers including those which are qualified Section 3 businesses, Minority-Owned and Women-Owned businesses.
Please Note: This project is subject to Davis-Bacon Prevailing wages and is subject to all regulations, compliance and reporting for Section 3, Equal Employment Opportunity and Minority and Women-Owned Businesses. Please note, the Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wages for Shasta County are in most cases lower than your standard wages. Please use the appropriate Davis-Bacon Wages or your standard wages, whichever is higher. If your trade is not listed in the wage determination, please use your standard wages. Please review the Prevailing Wage Determination and Labor Compliance packet that is included in the bid documents.
