East of Eaton residential complex is an affordable housing facility consisting of 76 living units with a total of 89,704 sq. ft.  Most of the units have 3 or 4 bedrooms.  Six of the units are designed exclusively for the handicapped and fifty units are adaptable for handicap use.  Additional facilities include a child care facility, a laundry room, and three playground areas with equipment.
