Crossroad Gardens is a 76 unit affordable project developed by Mercy Housing California. It contains a large community center with a Head Start program, multiple play areas for kids and a large laundry facility. The project was funded through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program, Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency and Bank of America Community Development Bank.
