A commitment to stay current with the ever changing regulatory environment of our work.  Our site teams are OSHA 30/10 Hour Safety trained and all sites have up to date code books.  We have two LEED AP’s on staff and all PM’s are trained in Storm Water Protection Measures.  We employ a waterproofing consultant who monitors each and every Sunseri project and advises the project team to help avoid potential downstream problems. 

The use of a bidder’s questionnaire we designed that helps to define the typical gray areas that are so often missed in the project’s budget.  This system has allowed Sunseri to maintain a track record of average project change orders of less than 3%.
