Developed
by Carlton Senior Living, Carlton Crown Plaza is a 56-unit
senior wellness & respite care facility. This building is
the second phase of construction adding to the adjacent 120 unit
center. Completion is anticipated in Fall 2008.
Parking
lot curbs are complete with base installation to start Monday
11/12. Paving is on schedule for 11/15. On the
foundation, forms are complete with rebar tracking closely
behind. Plumbing operations continue with installation of
hardware and the drain waste venting (DWV) system. The first
footing pour is scheduled for 11/16, followed by the second pour
on 11/21. |
