Developed by Carlton Senior Living, Carlton Crown Plaza is a 56-unit senior wellness & respite care facility.  This building is the second phase of construction adding to the adjacent 120 unit center.  Completion is anticipated in Fall 2008.

The photograph below marks Day 100.  Topping out the roof framing was followed by a lunch party.  It was a beautiful day for construction!
