Developed by Carlton Senior Living, Carlton Crown Plaza is a 56-unit senior wellness & respite care facility.  This building is the second phase of construction adding to the adjacent 120 unit center.  Completion is anticipated in Fall 2008.

Framing is nearing completion in the next week.  On the outside we are working on lathing.  On the inside rough-ins continue.  Pre-rock drywall operations are underway.
