Developed by Sacramento Mutual Housing Association, Mutual Housing at the Highlands brings 90 affordable units and a Community Center to North Highlands.  On-site supportive services will be made available by Lutheran Social Services of Northern California and the Sacramento Department of Health and Human Services.   The project is anticipated to be complete in late summer 2011.
