Developed in partnership with Community Housing Improvement Program (CHIP) and Consolidated Area Housing Authority of Sutter County (CAHASC), Maple Park brings 56 affordable townhouse and duplex units to Live Oak.  The project also includes a Community & Maintenance Building.   The project is anticipated to be complete in late Winter 2012.
