Auburn Senior Housing,  a HUD 202 project, developed by Mercy Housing,  is a three-story single building, containing 60 affordable apartments.  The project is designed to serve seniors age 62 and over.  The project includes a number of green features including passive solar orientation, 2x6 exterior walls, increased insulation, dual pane, low-e windows, wide roof overhangs, and high efficiency heating and cooling systems.

The project is anticipated to be complete in late fall 2013.
