The Fairwinds-Woodward park is owned by Leisure Care Retirement Communities, a private family-owned business based in Bellevue, WA.  This large project was originally constructed by Sunseri in 1999-2001.  Phase 2 serves to expand the number of living units as well as to add new amenities to the project.

Framing, plumbing, fire sprinkler, and electrical rough-ins continue to move forward.  Scaffold erection continues to pace framing as the building moves upward.
