The Fairwinds-Woodward park is owned by Leisure Care Retirement Communities, a private family-owned business based in Bellevue, WA.  This large project was originally constructed by Sunseri in 1999-2001.  Phase 2 serves to expand the number of living units as well as to add new amenities to the project.

The project is in the process of Brown Coat application on the exterior with foam details beginning Monday.  On the interior we have completed drywall at the 1st floor with taping completed and work continues on 2nd/3rd coat.  Texture is scheduled for 2/21. The 2nd floor preliminary drywall is complete with full cover beginning 2/20.  All unit rough-ins are completed.
