The Fairwinds-Woodward park is owned by Leisure Care Retirement Communities, a private family-owned business based in Bellevue, WA.  This large project was originally constructed by Sunseri in 1999-2001.  Phase 2 serves to expand the number of living units as well as to add new amenities to the project.

The project continues with electrical, HVAC, drywall, taping, soffit framing, stucco, and expansion joint work moving along steadily.  Scaffolding should be coming down in the next month.
