• A 30-unit Assisted Living Facility (ALF) totaling nearly 28,000 square feet
• A 27-unit Residential Building (Bldg. E.) occupying over 35,000 square feet. 
• 8 garages adjacent to the Residential Building. 
• Relocation of the 5,950 square foot Nurses Station and the modification of rooms to facilitate the hallway to the new ALF.   

Phase II Construction began in March 1997 and is scheduled for completion in March 1998.  As of this update, the project is currently in the punchlist stage and is slated for resident move-ins in the upcoming weeks.  Phase III, which entails the demolition of existing patio homes and the construction of two new apartments structures, will commence in the near future.
