Patten University Women's Dormitory

Patten (2K)Owned by Patten University, this project involves the construction of an on-campus women's dormitory.  When finished (pictured right), the dormitory will be a three-story building, with underground parking.  

Progress continues on the dormitory as the building's exterior work is largely nearing completion.  Currently, the majority or remaining work is occurring inside with the installation of gypcrete on the second and third floors, and drywall throughout the building.
