Sponsored by Napa Valley Community Housing (NVCH) and Christian Church Homes of Northern California (CCHNC), the Jefferson Street Senior Housing Project will house 78 affordable senior units.  This HUD 202 project, is a 65,000 square foot, three-story structure in downtown Napa.  The building is scheduled for completion in early Summer 2004.

Currently, Wing A framing is just underway on the first floor.  Wing B's concrete slab will be poured next week followed immediately by framing operations.  The Building core's concrete is complete and framing will soon begin.
