Campbell Commons is a fifty-six unit, single room occupancy, affordable apartment complex. 

Campbell Commons is named for the late Kevin Campbell, former Butte County Supervisor, Chico Unified School District board member and one of the first Executive Directors of the Community Housing Improvement Program (CHIP).   Kevin later served as a CHIP board member for many years.  This project is dedicated to his memory.
